For you guys who have pickups with either caps or covers and want to haul your yak without loosing the benefits of a cap or tonneau cover go to www.oakorchardcanoe.com . I found a pretty neat system that gives you the best of both worlds. It allows you to put your yak on top and still store all your gear under the tonneau cover or fiberglass cover. I ordered one and will post how it works after I get it. My last visit to Lynnhaven Inlet was a near disaster. The buffeting effect of the tractor trailers on I95 caused me to almost loose my yak with my saw horse in the back. I looked in the rear view mirror and saw the saw horse "rocked back on it hind legs." I had never had an issue with it before. I probably wouldn't have lost it, but it scared me enough to try something different....I'll post the results after I try it out.
